Building and Grounds

Since last Town Board Meeting John and Marilyn Mann and the rest of the committee have spent many hours on the New Town Hall project. They recomend the same type of building that The Town of Venice has. Have rearranged to our liking and extended the building 4 feet. The Supervisor and Clerk Office are a little larger. Complete report and building layout included with minutes. The committee asked permission to go ahead with bid process on building. Would like to have bids out and back in by next Board Meeting August 8,2001. Bids on internal maters will be brought to the Genoa Town Board at a later date. There is grant money available for Records Repository Room. James Baker brought Bid Specs. He took John and Marilyn Mann's disc to make changes and return to them. James preferred to call a special meeting to OK the final specs for bid. The meeting will be on July 18, 2001 at 7:30 at Genoa Fire House.
