Building and Grounds

The buildings on the New Town Hall Property were burned down. The New Town Hall will have a Fire Proof Room for the records not a Vault as specified in prior documentation. The Town Board asked David Powers to clean up the lot and bury debris above creek somewhere.

Programs and Grants

The 2001 recreation program has been completed. Lorie is really pleased with the attendance. There were 867 students attending. This was an average of 45 children each day. There will be a letter constructed to the School Board on 2002 Recreation Program. The following concerns are to be discussed.
1- If Scipio-Ledyard-Genoa and Venice want to be included.
2- Make a longer period of time for swimming.
3- Make it more like a Sports Program.
