Ronald Marshall got the keys made for the Town Hall. Ron contacted Joe Philip to varnish
wood rails in stairway and paint the floors in vault. Joe suggested that spring is time
to paint so the building will settle and not have any cracks in the new paint.
Marilyn and Laurie will work on the blinds and valances for the windows. Also the flag
pole, and signs.
Richard Harrison will contact Richard Shields to get a quote on telephones for the
building. Rich will have these figures at the March 1, 2002 Town Board meeting.
On March 24, 2002 there will be an open house at the New Town Hall at 1000 Bartnick Road,
Genoa.
PROGRAMS AND GRANTS
Laurie talked to Richard about the letter to the school board. Laurie will get this
drafted. Laurie met with Gordon Cumming and Grayson Mitchell about what records are at
the GHA building in King Ferry to be moved to the Town Hall. Nothing can be moved out of
the inventory cages without Laurie
knowing.

requirements.

Dale Parker reported that Septic Systems have to be inspected every 5 years and pumped
when a homeowner sells or moves from their home. Dale also reported that Mr. Finch had
indicated we will not get any C.H.P.S. money this year but in fact Mr. Pataki and Mr.
Bruno say we will. It is just a flip of
the coin.
