There was a presentation and update on the Southern Cayuga Central School Budget for the

Those questions that were not answered Mr. Cardamone said he would get the answers at a
later date.

Ronald Marshall reported that the Record Room at the New Town Hall is all painted. We
will all be moving in soon. Ron and Butch put the clerks desk in. Butch has the blinds
all installed. John Mann has more signs ordered to direct the public to the different
offices from the outside. Ellen
Marshall has her landscaping in order and will be starting soon.
PROGRAMS AND GRANTS

still asks us what we need. The cost of bussing figure is needed. The number of miles
for the Swim programs this summer sill is 800. At a figure of $.65 @mile this will cost
$400.00. The board agreed to have

NEW BUSINESS
Kaye Dougherty will be in the New Town Office for anyone interested in talking about his
or her increase in assessment. Grievance Day is May 30, 2002 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
OLD BUSINESS
Department of Environmental Conservation will changed their ways of handling hunting
license sales. It would involve them taking electronically funds from the town clerks
checkbook. This would be of extra expense to the town. The town only makes $1.00 on
each stamp now. It is a money-loosing
proposition now and only adds extra expense to the town under their new rules. The Town
Board will make the decision at the next board meeting if we will take a year off and see
how it works for other towns.
