SPECIAL MEETING, GENOA TOWN BOARD
SEPTEMBER 24, 2003

A Special meeting of the Genoa Town Board was held on September 24, 2003 at the Genoa Town Hall 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa, New York 13071.

The Special Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

Town Clerk Karen Shields

OTHERS PRESENT:

Cheryl Shields, & Sjana Berry.

Land Development Rights

The Board gave permission to sign Sjana and John Berry's report. There is a 25% add on fee which the Berry's will pay for out of proceeds of their sale. Town Board will send on Town Letter Head a letter supporting them to apply to New York State for Land Development Rights. Control person is Trish Ottley in County planning office. Letter will go to NYS Ag & Market. Attn: Kim Grudence.

The Preliminary budget was reviewed by the Board and will be in the town clerks office for review.

Budget hearing will be held October 8, 2003 at Regular Town Board Meeting.
