SPECIAL MEETING, GENOA TOWN BOARD
DECEMBER 03,2003

A Special meeting of the Genoa Town Board was held on December 03, 2003 at the Genoa Town Hall 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa, New York 13071.

The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M.

OTHERS PRESENT: Cheryl Shields, Stuart Underwood, Hans Pecher, John Boles,Doug Reeves, Jerry Ryan, Jeffrey Swan, Glen Kelser, Mark Connor and Frank Sellen.

OLD BUSINESS:

The Board approved to pay $1,583.00 to Office of The Aged for Meals on Wheels transportation costs for 2004.

NEW BUSINESS:

The New Bookkeeping Program from Williamson Law Book with Payroll will cost $3,853.00. The board will make a decision at the December 10, 2003 meeting.

The Board made the decision to send the two new Board Members and the New Town Supervisor to School in Rochesterthe 12th, 13th and 14, of january 2004. .

The Town Board made a motion to take lawyer James Bakers advise to recognise the "Other One" as a Mobile Home but must follow the current regulations of the Mobile Home Law of 1988 when updating.

Health Insurance:

Blue Cross/Blue Shields of Rochester made a mistake in billing for the year 2001 and 2002. This error amounted to $27,850.99 this being the Town of Genoa's portion throught the county. The Town Board will put this on hold until more information into the mater can be gathered on the mater.

Motion that Frank Sellen take the position of Town Highway Superintendant.
