Received letter from Gene Reynolds wanting to know about the Pyhtila building and why it has not been moved. The board will let this stand for the time being. Variance request submitted by Veronica Purser. MS Purser requests a variance from 150'footage on Hill rd., to 142'. Attended seminar in Liverpool on February 19th.

HIGHWAY REPORT:

Snow and wind has kept us very busy. Pushing back shoulders has found the weak spots in our equipment. Have had to repair or replace cables, pulleys, cylinders, and brace arms etc. Peter Saltonstall informed us that he is closing on at least six lots, on Brooks and Middlecott roads. This will mean tow more lane miles to plow and sand. Have concerns of whether the pickup can handle another year of plowing. Maybe we should consider something bigger with something other than a driveway plow to handle the snow. Plow is twisted and been repaired many times and is getting very thin. In January we've distributed 408 ton of salt and sand mix on state roads and 350 ton on town and county roads.

Supervisors Report: None.
