WATER REPORT:
Average water used in June was 99,000 gallons per day, JUly 95,000. and August
93,000 gallons per day. Tank inspections have been completed. Genoa tank looks
perfect. King Ferry has some rust. We should put 11 bars of Carthotic made of
zink and magnesium. They lay in the bottom of the tank and collect the contaminating
deposits that will make the tank rust. The cost would be around $1,300.00 to
check both tanks. The cost to install the bars would be $2,700.00 to install, not clean
and could be done when water usage is down and we can paint also. Many thanks to
EJ Prescott for their help with problems with the Neptune program.
WATER COMMITTEE:
Decided to take changes for repairs and maintenance back to water committee to be
updated.
